    Cowboy Charade: Rodeo Knights, A Western Romance by Barbara McMahon This is barrel racer Susannah Davis and cowboy Toby Palmer's story. I love Barbara McMahon's books. Once I start her books I can't put them down. This is sweet romance with a mystery and suspense. Toby's rodeo partner is arrested for smuggling drugs. He is trying figure out who would frame his partner. Susannah finds drugs planted in her truck and goes to Toby for help. Toby and Susannah pretend they are in a relationship while they try to find the person responsible for the smuggling drugs. But as time goes on are the two still pretending or is it real? Toby and Susannah are perfect for each other. The chemistry between them is great. They both have been hurt in past relationships. Will they take a chance on love and find out who is responsible for the drugs? I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

    Cowboy Charade Rodeo Knights, we find a sweet clean romance filled with suspense and intrigue. McMahon kept the suspense high and the name of the villain or villains, close to the chest. With several worthy contenders, I did not guess correctly; each character's well-developed and several could have been the drug dealer. I found the story-line entertaining and held my attention throughout. A sweet clean romance, this book is suitable for anyone who enjoys a rodeo themed romance story. I found the pace of Cowboy Charade Rodeo Knights steady and did not lag or bog down. As Toby and Susannah grew closer, their character's developed accordingly. Love can change the outlook and intentions of the most stubborn and love had a field day with Toby and Susannah. I found the use of the rodeo participant's vehicles to traffic drugs intriguing. In concluding my romance book reviews of Cowboy Charade Rodeo Knights, I found a well-written story which will entertain romance readers. McMahon created a clean wholesome story which had no need of fluff or sex or to fill the pages. In addition, I received this book from the author and chose to voluntarily review the book/novel with honest romance book reviews, Cowboy Charade Rodeo Knights.
